1. Make the safety regulation. Don’t touch the mould in the procession of operation. When necessary, put your hand in the direction of the outputting pipe. The operator mustn’t move around when he is on duty. He should give his notes to the next person when he is off work.
2.Check if the proper lubricant is put into the lubricating spots before operating, especially the main shaft of the flying saw. Inject high speed lubricating grease with relative high temperature resistant into the main shaft of the flying saw, once every other day, each time a little, too much will make the temperature heat up too quickly and even cause damage to the shaft.
3.The temperature of the welding and squeezing part is too high. It is better to use synthetic complex aluminium base grease (SY1414-80) of ZFU-1H which can be used in the condition of high temperature and humidity. Adjust the big hexagonal nut and the above pulling plant simultaneously, in case that the squeezing roll shaft is not vertical to the worktable, causing damage to the squeezing roll shaft screw thread. Meanwhile, pay much attention to the squeezing roll shaft. The shaft is easy to damage because of the bad working condition. Change the shaft immediately when there is an abnormal condition in case of casing more damage.
